Most items are customized orders so please be sure to read all of the policies herein.
Quality Guarantee
100% satisfaction with the quality and finish of your items is my goal. If there are any defects or errors, contact me within 30 days from date of purchase so I can make it right.
Shipping
Orders will package and ship your order as soon as the paint/stain is dry. I will wrap your order in bubble wrap and package it for safe travels. Packages will ship via USPS unless otherwise specified.
While shipping accidents occasionally occur, these incidents are out of our control. I will do all that is necessary to get you 100% satisfaction whether I replace, repair or refund your money. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving a damaged package. I require pictures of the damaged item and the outside of the packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS! Until the insurance claim has been completed, please hold onto all damaged items and packing materials. In most cases, I can repair or replace your order at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
I happily accept Cancellations of non-customized orders as long as the order has not shipped. If it has shipped, please refer to returns/exchanges below. I can cancel or modify orders for customized items if production has not begun. I will refund cancelled orders that are in the designed stage, but not carved less a $15 design charge for the order. If you need to modify or cancel your order for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible and include your order number.
Returns/Exchanges
I will happily accept returns/exchanges of non-customized items within 30 days of purchase date. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item of lesser or equal value, please contact me within 30 days of purchase date. Customer is responsible for re-packaging the item and the cost of return shipping to me. Once I receive your item, I will send out the new item and process a partial refund if there is any difference in value.
Customized or Sale Items
I do not offer returns or exchanges on customized orders (personalized signs, custom wording etc.). I understand that mistakes happen, so I will remake/refund for any mistakes made on my end. It is imperative that the information you give me (names, dates, etc.) is 100% accurate as I will not reimburse for incorrect information. I offer a 15% discount for re-make orders if you need to order a different size, change the spelling, or choose a different color. Just contact me with your order information so I can send you the discount.
Refunds
I do my best to describe all my items. I charge a 10% restocking fee on returns of non-customized orders. I must receive the items in good, unused condition. Upon inspection, I will process your refund. I will apply your refund to your original method of payment unless a store credit is requested. In the event that your return is received in a damaged condition with no visible damage to packaging, I will send an email and no refund will be issued.
